  • Engagement Photos- 3 hours available with your Photographer, by appointment. (Photographer NOT included)

  • Parlor- While getting ready, take a moment to enjoy your special day in our Parlor. Available to the entire Bridal Party. Includes Refreshment Bar.

  • Ceremony Site- Rustic, tin, double door archway with "Welcome" sign leading to a beautiful large Oak. Hanging, lit, chandeliers.

  • Reception Site- 2,200 sq. ft. air-conditioned barn with glass-bulb string lighting on interior and exterior. Magnificent crystal chandelier, fabric draping, and baby grand piano are all included. Additional rental inventory available. Guests will enjoy the Sitting Lounge as they take in the beauty of the outdoors. 

  • Sweetheart/ Wedding Party Table

  • Round Guest Tables

  • Guest Entertainment- Photo Area, Yard Games

  • Parking & Parking Attendants- Guest Shuttling available. 

  • Restrooms

  • Gift, Favor, and Dessert Table

  • Bar- A beautifully handcrafted bar is available for use.

  • Wedding Coordinator- Services provided by HARTFELT MEMORIES, LLC. Includes the initial meeting to discuss plans for the Big Day. Services include: Tour of the facility, establishing a timeline for the Wedding Ceremony, reviewing guest count, and coordinating the details for preparation. On Wedding Day, Coordinator is on site directing and guiding Client-Contracted Vendors (florist, delivery of linens, caterer, decorations, etc.) to designated areas. Coordinator is present on Rehearsal Day and the Big Day, ensuring everything is running according to plan and attending to any circumstances that arise during the event.

  • Rehearsal of the Big Day

  • Time- Property is reserved for your Big Day exclusively. It is guaranteed that no other event will take place.

  • Rehearsal of the Big Day

  • Time- Property is reserved for your Big Day exclusively. It is guaranteed that no other event will take place.

  • Setup, Dismantle, Clean-up- You won't have to worry about a thing! We will set everything up for you!
