This is the perfect package for the DIY couple!

We provide the ceremony & reception site and you plan as you wish.

 

Includes:

  • Property reserved for the entire day; It’s your day so we guarantee no other events all day.

  • Engagement photos with your photographer (3 hours by appointment)

  • Rehearsal time schedule

  • (Set up and breakdown is not included)

  • Air conditioned Barn 2000 sqft

  • Magnificent Crystal Chandelier

  • Elegant décor and fabric draping inside Barn

  • Baby Grand Piano 

  • String lights across the front and back of barn

  • Prep room for Caterers

The Gold Package

$6,500

(Price listed for up to 100 guests)

This is perfect for the couple that wants to enjoy their special day and let the pros handle it!

 

Includes:​

  • Property reserved for the entire day; It’s your day so we guarantee no other events all day.

  • Set up and break down 

  • Engagement photos with your photographer (3 hours by appointment)

  • Rehearsal time schedule

  • Experienced Day of Event Coordinator to help create your wedding timeline and execute your vision

  • Coordination of all vendors 

  • ​Coordination of:

    • Bridal party logistics

    • Processional and recessional

    • Introductions with your DJ/Band/Pianist/Vionlinist ect.

    • Toasts, cake cutting, and first dance

    • Send-off of the couple

  • All tables and garden chairs will be provided for up to 100 guests 

  • Linens are available in black and white

  • Four high top tables and linens

  • Barn doors for aisle entrance

  • Six pews plus additional benches at ceremony site provided for up to 100 guests

  • White lanterns available with 12 Shepherd's Hooks

  • Wooden slabs for center arrangements

  • Parking attendants and Private parking
